1. Services
Metiox provides software development, AI integration, SaaS development, workflow automation, digital marketing, and cloud infrastructure services. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
2. Engagement Model
Projects begin with a discovery call to understand your requirements. A detailed proposal and scope are then presented for your approval before any work commences. We operate on a fixed-price or time-and-materials basis as agreed upon in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for you under the agreed scope. Metiox retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, tools, and components, as well as general knowledge and techniques acquired during the project.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, we require a deposit before project commencement, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by UAE law.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project or agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Metiox's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" except where expressly agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
